Spiders looking for New Players
SPIDER- Y is seeking to recruit New Players for Leeds Spiders Wheelchair Basketball Club playing in Premier League, Division 3 North, Junior’s and Women’s League in 2016-2017 Season.
Leeds Spider finished this season in 4th place in the league and the Playoffs and after achieving the playoff place 2 years ahead of schedule we now find ourselves having to raise the bar yet again with our target of retaining the play off place for 2016-2017 now is the time to bring in new blood.
Leeds Spiders finished in the bottom half of the table we struggled due to Premier League pressures, so we have identified our target this year is promotion to League 2 so we have a pathway to Premier League for players.

We have opportunities for both junior’s and Women’s teams for next season please apply.
Leeds Spiders Wheelchair basketball club is part of SPIDER-Y charity that also runs Leeds Rhinos Wheelchair Rugby League, along with Handball, Lacrosse and Badminton session. We are the only club in the UK to live stream our games at home and some away games we have an highly motivated board of directors and committee who want success, with a massive future ahead which includes the prospect of our very own venue for training and games this is the best time to join one of the fastest growing Disability Sports Clubs in the UK.
